Rehearsals for the opening ceremony of the 2024 International School Games, set to take place in Bahrain from 23 to 31 October under the royal patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, are progressing steadily. The Higher Committee, chaired by His Excellency Dr Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, continues to oversee the work of its subcommittees, including the Opening Ceremony Committee led by Her Excellency Ms Kifaya Al-Anzour, Assistant Undersecretary for Educational Services at the Ministry of Education.
The rehearsals were conducted in the Ministry of Education Hall in Isa Town under Ms Al-Anzour and Dr Nader Jamali, Director of the Sports Education Department. These sessions are the final practices before the concluding rehearsals, scheduled to take place at the Bahrain National Stadium, the venue for the official opening ceremony.
Participating students from Isa Town Secondary School for Boys, Riffa Intermediate School for Boys, Muharraq Primary School for Girls, and Amna Bint Wahab Primary School for Girls showed great enthusiasm, presenting a variety of artistic and sports performances that reflect the diverse talents of Bahrain's youth.

The distribution was based on each country, as the Housing Committee, headed by Abdul Redha Ashoori, selected 21 hotels qualified to host teams and players. This selection included considering international standards in the quality of services and facilities to ensure the comfort of all participants during the tournament.
