His Excellency Mr. Ali Isa Ishaqi, Chairman of the Executive Committee for the International School Sports Games (Bahrain 2024), met with the Transportation Committee, chaired by Dr. Nader Jamali, to review the latest transportation and logistical preparations.

During the meeting, the participants discussed the ongoing efforts related to transportation services. The Transportation Committee presented a comprehensive report on the progress made in coordinating with all the working committees. The report highlighted the updates regarding hotels and the delegations' arrival schedules. The readiness of buses and vehicles designated for transporting the delegations was also confirmed.

The meeting also reviewed the transportation work plan, which includes schedules for transporting athletes, coaches, and administrators to and from the airport and between accommodation and competition venues. Special buses for people with special needs were also allocated to ensure their comfort.

The committee outlined its needs to ensure smooth operations, including securing a sufficient number of buses to meet the requirements of all delegations and providing highly trained, professional drivers. Further discussions covered the latest preparation updates, the confirmation of transportation bookings, including trucks for transporting sports equipment, and coordination with various entities to facilitate smooth transportation during the event.

Ishaqi stressed the importance of coordination between all committees to ensure the success of the games, stating: "Providing adequate transportation is essential to ensure the comfort of all participants. We are committed to delivering the highest standards of logistical services, and teamwork is key to achieving this goal."

The meeting concluded with a clear action plan for the upcoming phase, including deadlines to monitor progress in all transportation areas.
