Bahrain dominated the match from the outset, leading 17-6 by the end of the first half and maintaining strong momentum to extend their lead in the second half, finishing with a substantial win.
Meanwhile, in another Group 1 match, Bahrain (2) faced a challenging game against France, ultimately falling 20-27 in an intense showdown.
In the women’s handball competition, Romania triumphed over France with a 25-20 win, Iran defeated Benin 27-19, and Romania edged out Ukraine with a close 18-16 victory.

Bahrain Team (5) earned a well-deserved victory over India with a score of 14-4 but fell short against Slovenia (1) in a close match, finishing 10-13. Bahrain Team (2) displayed a strong performance, defeating Chile 9-4 before encountering a setback in their match against Thailand, losing 6-14. Meanwhile, Bahrain Team (6) secured a narrow win over Croatia, ending the game at 11-9.
In the women's competitions, Bahrain’s team defeated Saudi Arabia with a solid 13-7 but faced a challenging match against China, concluding with a score of 0-21. Bahrain Team (3) encountered a defeat to Chinese Taipei with a score of 9-18, while Bahrain Team (1) also lost to China, finishing 7-21.

By the close of the second day, Bahrain (1) advanced to third place in Group One, securing three wins and suffering two losses over the past two days. In Group Three, Bahrain (2) finished the day in third place with a similar record of three wins and two losses, while Bahrain (3) concluded in fifth place, recording one win against four losses.
Meanwhile, Bahrain (4) ranked sixth in Group Two, achieving one win against four losses, and remained in sixth place in the overall standings with no additional wins recorded by the end of the second day.

The Bahrain (1) beach volleyball team has advanced to the second round in the International School Games following two well-earned victories yesterday over Saudi (2) and Puerto Rico, each with a score of 2-0. The team, represented by players Ali Sultan and Ali Yaqoub, showcased a strong performance that underscored their dominance within their group.
Similarly, Bahrain (5) qualified for the second round after defeating teams from Bangladesh and Slovenia, also with a score of 2-0. The team, featuring duo Abbas Ehsan and Mohammed Harouneh, delivered an impressive display, securing second place in their group and maintaining their position in the tournament.
On the other hand, Bahrain (2) claimed a 2-0 victory over Saudi Arabia (3) but was unable to advance, finishing third in its group. The remaining Bahraini teams (3, 4, and 6) were also unable to progress after three consecutive losses.

Swimmers from Chinese Taipei, Hungary, Hong Kong, and Turkey led the medal tally across various events, showcasing their strength and dedication in the pool.
In the girls' 200-metre butterfly, Hungarian swimmer Glenda Abony Toth took the top spot, while fellow Hungarian David Antal claimed first place in the boys' 200-metre butterfly. Hong Kong’s Chelsea Lam impressed by winning the girls' 100-metre breaststroke, and Greek swimmer Evangelos Ntoumas achieved victory in the same event for boys.
In the 50-metre backstroke, Poland’s Varvara Helchenko secured first place in the girls' category, while Liang Yun from Chinese Taipei dominated the boys' race.
