Seef District - Bahrain Olympic Committee: 

His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Ali Al Khalifa, Vice President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, hosted His Excellency Dr. Thani bin Abdulrahman Al Kuwari, Vice President of the Qatar Olympic Committee and Vice President for West Asia of the Olympic Council of Asia, at Bahrain International Airport on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. Dr. Al Kuwari's visit is centered around his participation in the Regional Olympic Solidarity Forum and the Olympic Council of Asia's activities.

During the reception, Shaikh Isa highlighted the importance of the forum and the Olympic Council of Asia in enhancing collaboration among Asia’s National Olympic Committees. He noted the significant bilateral relations between Bahrain and Qatar, particularly in fostering regional sports development. His Highness wished Dr. Al Kuwari a productive visit to Bahrain.

Responding to the warm welcome, Dr. Al Kuwari thanked Shaikh Isa for the hospitality and praised the solid bilateral relations that support sports development in the region.
