In a warm reception organized by the Bahrain Olympic Committee, triathlon sensation Musa Qarsh was welcomed back on Monday, November 27, 2023, following his remarkable performance at the Asian Duathlon Championship in the Philippines. The event concluded with Musa securing second place, earning a prestigious silver medal and claiming the top spot among Asian and Arab athletes. This achievement marked Musa's inaugural participation in a continental competition.

The President of the Bahrain Triathlon Federation and Olympic Committee Board Member, Mr. Abdullah Abdul Salam, along with Mr. Maden Al-Wanas, Director of the Technical Affairs Department at the Olympic Committee, greeted Musa Qarsh at the airport with a bouquet of flowers. The reception aimed to celebrate Musa's outstanding accomplishment, contributing to the elevation of Bahrain's triathlon standing on the international stage.

Musa Qarsh demonstrated exceptional skill, completing the race in an impressive time of 53:1 minutes. His victory, achieved amidst strong competition from some of the continent's top athletes, solidifies his position as one of the foremost international and continental champions in the field of triathlon.
