This specialist Centre works closely with all National Sports Bodies in the Kingdom to achieve the following objectives:
- Organize the provision of compulsory medical checks for athletes across all sports
- Coordinate consultation and continuous training of medical and para-medical staff of National Sports Federations and Associations, and Sports Clubs
- Provide follow-up specialized sports medical care for athletes
- Ensure the provision of functional rehabilitation for athletes
- Offer expertise and guidance in appropriate medico-surgical therapy
