The Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) has taken a number of procedures to provide an immediate medical treatment for former international football goalkeeper Mohammed Bubsheit.
This initiative was as per directives of Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Supreme Council for Youth and Sports Chairman, and Bahrain Olympic Committee President, in appreciation to the ex-Bahrain Club goalkeeper, who is suffering from health issues. Supreme Council for Youth and Sports deputy general secretary and BOC general secretary Abdulrahman Askar has started his communications with relevant authorities in the Kingdom in order to make necessary arrangements for the player.
Askar commended the prompt response from Shaikh Nasser towards Bubsheit and his keenness to seek immediate solution to his case. The BOC general secretary said the committee will continue to follow up the goalkeeper’s health progress with the relevant authorities.
