?The Bahrain Olympic Committee’s (BOC) Olympic Academy is bringing the first and second stages course, part of the sports management diploma, at Asdal Gulf Hotel in Seef.
This course, scheduled to commence on Tuesday, is part of the committee’s annual plan, aimed at developing and qualifying administrative competencies at different national sports authorities.
Abdulreda Haqiqi, an Olympic Solidarity-certified sports expert, will be the instructor for the course. He will be assisted by Mahmood Yateem, Mona Fayrooz, Maryam Mardana and Amani Juma.
The academy is also organizing a two-day course in physical preparation days, starting today (Friday) at the K Hotel in Juffair.
It will be held in cooperation with the Bahrain Weightlifting Association, with a team of specialized weightlifting and bodybuilding coaches to run the course, to be supervised by training specialist Husain Ali Abbas.
The academy’s third course will commence tomorrow (Saturday) at its premises in Juffair, and will cover sports statistics for football coaches. It is managed by national coach Mahmood Fakhro, a dartfish certified coach for the Middle East. Saeed Al Aradi and Ali Qamber will run this course.
