?The Sports Training and Development Department of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) tomorrow (MAY 1) will conduct the final exam on a number of coaches who have passed the level four course of the National Coaching Programme.
The exam is part of the annual plan of the department in collaboration with the Coaching Association of Canada (CAC). In order to pass this level, the coach must complete all 12 researches in different areas.
They include regular planning, sports psychology, preparation and physical strength, power systems, hospitalization and activity resumption, technical programing, environment and nutrition, in addition to 100 hours of training of monitoring and guidance through a certified supervisor.
Tests also cover the annual plan for the coach, supported by publications, preparation and psychological tests and physical, to be approved by the academics supervisors of the exam discussions committee.
This level is the highest in the National Coaching Programme and is held within the agreement with the CAC.
The exams will be held individually and by scheduling prepared in advance in the conference hall at the Sports Training and Sports Development Section.
