The main themes of discussions at the qualifying course in sport professionalism system, to be held in Bahrain later this week, have been approved.
Organized by the Union of Arab National Olympic Committees’ Arab Sport Pioneers Association and supported by the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), this week-long course tips off at September 16 at S Hotel in Seef area.
General coordinator Ali Radi said a group of elite Arab instructors will be present to hold discussions related to sport professionalism as well as its requirement, regulations, rights, duties and effect of sport professionalism on the athlete life.
Some of the Arab region’s most well-known academics include Dr Mohammed Al Ruwaished of Saudi Arabia, Dr Mohammed Diyabat of Jordan, Dr Aziz Kareem of Iraq, and Bahrain’s Dr Abdulrahman Sayyar and Nabeel Taha.
Meanwhile, representatives of the preparatory committee – headed by Ali Radi, bisited S Hotel premises to put the final touches on the venue ahead of the course opening. The committee also includes Jalal Mukhtar, Mohammed Al Balooshi and Fai Buallai.?
