?The Bahrain Olympic Academy, which is under the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC), is performing an evaluation of participants at the Level 4, the highest of the world-class National Coaching Programme.
The evaluation team includes five highly-qualified coaches, including Gérard Lauzière –  Senior Coaching Consultant, High Performance, and Wayne Parro – Senior Coaching Consultant, eLearning. Others include academy director Dr Nabeel Taha, training and development executive coordinator Mahmood Yateem and senior specialist Ahmed Hafed.
The Olympic Academy prepared a schedule of tests. The 10 students were divided into four groups: Group ‘A’ consists of Saleh Al Haddad, Ahmed Al Ahmed and Fatima Borshid, Group ‘B’ features Ali Abdulmajid, Saleh Musa and Abdullah Al Dosari, Group ‘C’ has Hisham Al Buflasa and Anwar Buti, while Group ‘D’ consists of Ghaleb Al Ahmed and Ahmed Qahiri.
The tests and the evaluation process start from 8:30 am onwards, as each instructor will present his project for one to one and a half hours, based on what he learned during his studies at this level 4 of the programme.
