?The Bahrain Olympic Committee held a coordination meeting with the Labour Fund (Tamkeen) and discussed ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation and the possibility of taking advantage of the programs and courses organized by the company.
The meeting was attended by BOC representatives Human Resources Acting Director Hassan Al Obaidly, Executive Coordinator Sima Al Kharraz, and Tamkeen representative Essam Hammad.
Al Obaidly affirmed that the Human Resource Directorate was briefed during this meeting on the programs offered by Tamkeen, which target the employees from the private and semi-government sectors.
Al Obaidly added that the his directorate is willingness to open the prospects of bilateral cooperation with Tamkeen and take advantage of the programs and courses organized in accordance with its needs, and expressed his satisfaction with the outcome of the meeting, which will contribute to the consolidation of the relationship and building bridges of communication with Tamkeen.
He expressed the keenness of the Bahrain Olympic Committee to provide training programs for its employees and qualify them through best international universities and colleges and enhance their productivity and work in accordance to the best standards, pointing the need to develop the skills and abilities of the employees, which will have positive influence on the services they provide to the sports federations.
