?Acting general secretary of the Bahrain Olympic Committee (BOC) Abdulrahman Askar received at his office vice-president of the Bahrain Athletics Association (BAA) Mohammed Jalal and discussed Bahrain’s athletic team preparation in the Third edition of the Islamic Solidarity Games, set to take place in Indonesia from September 22 to October 1.During the meeting, Askar lauded the multiple achievements achieved by the Bahrain Athletics Association under its president Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, noting that the BOC spares no effort in supporting the association in all aspects in order to continue its success march.On his part, Jalal expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to the BOC, headed by Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, for what it offers in terms of support and backing to all sports associations in the Kingdom, and to the BAA, in specific, which is an extra boost for them to accomplish more achievements in the future.
