Supreme Council for Youth and Sports chairman and Bahrain Olympic Committee president Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa issued a decision, appointing new board of directors for the Bahrain disabled sports and swimming federations. 
Shaikh Mohammed bin Daij Al Khalifa was named new president Bahrain Disabled Sports Federation, with Jassim Al Sindi, Sami Zubari, Adel Al Mutawaa, Abdulrazzaq Zainuddin, Ali Haji, Ali Al Najbah, Aisha Al Amer and Mohammed Nami being members.
In another decision, a new board for the Bahrain Swimming Association was declared. It’s headed by Shaikh Mohammed bin Ebrahim Al Khalifa and also includes members Khalid Rabea, Senan Al Dossary, Faisal Swar, Maryam Mirza, Tareq Juma, Isa Sanad and Waleed Ajoor.
These decisions were as per reviewing the associations and social, cultural clubs and private bodies in the field of youth and sports promulgated by legislative decree No. 21 of 1989 , as amended.
They were also as per the model regulations of the sports federations statute issued by president of the General Organization for Youth and Sports (2) of 1990, as amended, as well as Bahrain Olympic Committee statute, approved by the General Assembly of the Committee.
The general secretary and all those who are concerned, must carry out these decisions from the date of their issuance.
